When approaching Access Consciousness™ one cannot fail to come into contact with the cleansing phrase.

“POD and POC” You will hear this a lot from those who use Access tools. I believe at least as much – if not more than the question – “How can it be better than this?”. By the way, have you already read my article about it? [ed]

POD and POC is an acronym and part of a longer cleaning phrase that works like a magic wand: “Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, POD and POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys, POVADs, and Beyonds® ”.

Fortunately for us, on a mental level it is an incomprehensible and meaningless sentence. I say it's fortunate because the mind, not having a logical sentence to follow, is forced to shut up just enough to clean up. (Actually it does make sense and Dr. Dain Heer co-creator of Access Consciousness™ together with Simone Milasas explain it in the video below this article).

Furthermore, when dealing with some challenging topic – whether it is fantastic and ingenious, or heavy and limiting – one is often invited to destroy and create all the energy charge created on the occasion.

Why is this cleaning statement considered a magic wand?

Because it helps to cleanse all limitations deeply, unconsciously and energetically.

It cleans the "hidden" energy - which I mentioned above - which remains attached to thoughts, beliefs, conclusions (whether positive or negative).

And really, for it to work, you don't need to understand its meaning!
